Lead Stabilization/Abatement
NI Painting and Construction Company is certified by the state of Washington to provide both lead stabilization and lead removal (abatement) services. Services include Lead Stabilization, Lead Enclosure and Abatement as well as Lead Soil Remediation.
Minor Repairs
Occasionally while we are working on a painting project, other minor repairs may be called for. Depending on the work involved, our company is licensed as a General Contractor and may assist our clients in meeting those small needs.
